FUND MANAGEMENT AWARDS

15TH FUND MANAGEMENT AWARDS

13 May 2024: In this section, we publish the results and awards rationale for the 15th Annual Fund Management Awards 2024 for the following awards categories.

The aim of the fund management awards is to recognise leading multi-asset fund management companies that provide solid and transparent investment process, secured risk management, proper investment accounting systems, quality investment research, advanced portfolio management and diversification, above par risk-adjusted returns, and overall long-term outstanding fund performance.

Fund Managers that use both a Top-Down approach using Strategic and Tactical Asset Allocation as well as a Bottom-Up approach devising research-driven ideas from analysts and fund managers, using both Qualitative and Quantitative methods.

The awards cover the widest range of investment solutions across local and foreign currencies, asset classes (equities, fixed income, commodities, and alternatives such as real estate and hedge funds) and investment styles, both for retail and institutional clients including government agencies, regulators, corporates, insurance firms, cooperatives, university endowment funds, educational institutions, pension funds, religious organizations and foundations.

The outcome more often than not is based on key players that are visibly more focused on asset allocation and investment advisory, sales quality, and customer satisfaction, rather than aggressively growing in asset size.
