Alpha Southeast Asia<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>was established in August 2006 and for almost twenty years now, is the first and only institutional investment online magazine focused on Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam<\/strong>)<\/span>, written for Europe, Asia and US-based investors.<\/p>

In July 2026, we will celebrate our 20<\/b>th year<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>as a purely Southeast Asian focused institutional investment and transactional banking platform, since our humble beginnings in late-2006.<\/p>

Unlike at least three other leading regional financial capital markets platforms we do not write about Australia, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China, India. Instead our focus is purely on Southeast Asia.\u00a0<\/p>

Over the last two decades, we have formed a strong readership profile among investors and CFOs across the region and globally \u2013 interested in understanding the region further. HNWIs and white-collar professionals have also found our articles a good alternative as opposed to what is widely available in the mainstream regional financial press today.<\/p>

We are also behind the widely publicised\u00a0Corporate Institutional Investor Poll<\/span>,<\/strong>\u00a0the only financial magazine to publish a Southeast Asian focused institutional investor poll on well-managed companies in the region naming both, well-perceived and controversially \u2013 poorly perceived companies in the region.<\/p>
